Details Outpatient rehabilitation clinic setting specializing in hand therapy OT Outpatient unit within a hand clinic work setting Day shift schedule with options for 4x10-hour shifts (7:30 AM-6:00 PM) or 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM-4:30 PM) No floating required within this unit, though candidates may float to an affiliate hospital nearby per facility policy Epic EMR experience required Requirements Certified Hand Therapist credential preferred Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outpatient hand therapy required New graduates will not be considered Active OR state license required at time of submission (license required if applicable) BLS certification through AHA required (traditional AHA only, RQI not accepted) Epic charting system experience required COVID vaccination proof required with no exemptions accepted Two manager or supervisor references from within the last 24 months required Comprehensive background check required with no tolerance for background or license issues Additional Information First-time travelers will be considered for this position Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate with no mile radius restriction Requested time off must be submitted upfront and cannot exceed 2 weeks Former OHSU employees or previous travelers must be separated for 6 or more months before returning as a traveler Refusal to float to an affiliate hospital as requested may result in contract cancellation Candidates must complete pre-start training modules, which vary based on profession American Traveler Job ID P-740289.
