Must Have Requirements:

• Strong hands-on Java development experience. 10+ years
• Strong hands-on experience and understanding of Microsoft Azure experience. 10+ years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with both business partners and technical staff.
• Experience building full stack applications.
• Banking/Financial Experience
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is a MUST.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Application DBAs (APP DBAs) and quickly troubleshoot and resolve application and database-related issues.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications. Claude, CoPilot, Etc.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with cloud-native application architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated application deployments. Using GitActions
• Strong SQL and relational database experience.

Preferences:

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, or other generative AI technologies.
• Experience building AI-enabled applications using LLMs, APIs, RAG, vector databases, or AI agents.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Experience with React, Angular, or another modern front-end framework.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and infrastructure-as-code technologies such as Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
• Experience with Kubernetes networking, ingress, secrets/configuration management, scaling, and monitoring.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications in production environments.
