Responsibilities Management or assisting management of all phases of project planning and execution to ensure project success Develop and execute CAPEX projects in Hydro Generation Accountable for a portfolio of assigned projects with Low to Moderate levels of risk Serve as unifying agents providing leadership, decision making, management, guidance, coordination, and control of overall projects in accordance with established policies and requirements of the Company Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related work experience In Lieu of Degree – HS Diploma / GED -9 years related work experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (preferred) Hydro generation project experience including headgates, generators, turbines, and other hydro equipment or structures Construction Management knowledge Proficient to demonstrated Expertise in Project Management, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, and Problem Solving Project related work experience; Risk Management, Project Leadership, Strong Collaboration, Oversight Utility Business Unit Experience as determined by BU ranging from Regulated or Commercial energy services experience Proficient to Expert in project related Scheduling, Cost Controls #J-18808-Ljbffr
