Operations Manager

Requirements 3–5 years of residential plumbing experience (preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Proven ability to work with all levels of management Motivated self-starter with effective leadership and coaching abilities Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Excellent time management and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations and drive branch profitability Ensure safe vehicle operation and DOT compliance Diagnose, install, and service residential/commercial water treatment systems Supervise and schedule warehouse and field service staff Oversee routing of deliveries and service appointments for efficiency Control overtime and manage temporary labor usage Recruit, train, and develop service team members Maintain team accountability and uphold company policies Monitor local market competition and adjust strategies accordingly Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues Conduct field training with service staff and support operational goals Promote a safe and compliant work environment Support cross-functional tasks and employee coaching as needed Physical & Environmental Requirements Frequent walking, standing, and vehicle entry/exit Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment Must bend, kneel, crouch, climb, push, and pull as part of regular duties Work in varying weather conditions and outdoor environments Required to wear appropriate PPE Compensation & Benefits Pay: $80,000-90,000K/year depending on experience Employees of Culligan receive a competitive benefits package and exclusive privileges, including: Medical Dental Vision 401(K) Match Product Discounts tuition Reimbursement Paid Time Off Yearly bonus Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works in outside weather conditions and therefore could be exposed to a variety of elements.
