Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on.Position ResponsibilitiesAnalyze Human Resources (HR) data to identify workforce trends and support recruiting, retention and workforce planning.Create reports and deliver insights that help leaders make informed workforce decisions.Build and enhance reporting tools using Workday, Excel and SQL.Partner with business teams to incorporate productivity targets and labor goals into workforce planning.Improve HR data quality by identifying trends, recommending process improvements and supporting best practices.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree.
