Account Executive – Home Improvement US Market About Dolead Dolead is a global leader in lead generation. We help 200+ clients across 15 countries in Europe and North America turn paid media into measurable business opportunities. Our model combines technology, performance marketing and data to generate sales-ready leads at scale and at a predictable cost. As we continue growing in the US, we’re looking for an Account Executive to help expand our Home Improvement business. Your mission This role is designed for someone who has already started building their closing skills and wants to take the next step. You’ll focus on bringing new Home Improvement businesses onto Dolead, working primarily on relatively short, transactional sales cycles where speed, persistence and good commercial instincts matter. We’re not looking for someone who already knows everything. We’re looking for someone who likes selling, learns quickly and wants a lot of opportunities to get better at it. What you’ll do Build and manage your own pipeline of Home Improvement prospects. Own opportunities from first conversation through negotiation and closing. Prospect directly and create new business opportunities. Quickly understand a prospect’s acquisition challenges and position Dolead accordingly. Build rapport with business owners and decision-makers and keep commercial conversations moving. Follow up persistently and find creative ways to overcome objections. Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-moving sales environment. Work closely with our Operations and Growth teams to ensure a smooth transition from signed deal to client launch. Test different approaches, learn from what works — and what doesn’t — and continuously improve your sales playbook. Who we’re looking for You probably have up to around 3 years of Account Executive or closing experience. You may have recently moved from an SDR/BDR position into an AE role, or already have a couple of years of closing behind you. More importantly, you: Are naturally comfortable talking to people and build rapport quickly. Are sharp, curious and able to think on your feet. Enjoy fast-moving, transactional sales rather than very long enterprise cycles. Are persistent and resourceful when deals get stuck. Know when to keep pushing and when to move on. Don’t take rejection personally: you learn, adjust and go again. Are comfortable owning your pipeline and being accountable for your numbers. Want feedback and are motivated by becoming a stronger salesperson over time. Experience in lead generation, performance marketing or Home Improvement is a plus, but not a requirement. Sales instinct and potential matter more to us than having the perfect industry background. What success looks like In your first months, you’ll learn Dolead’s offering, our market and what makes a strong Home Improvement opportunity. From there, we expect you to progressively build a consistent pipeline, close new accounts and become increasingly autonomous. This is intentionally a develop-and-grow hire: we’re investing in someone who can become a significantly stronger Account Executive through ownership, coaching and repetition. Why join Dolead?
