Senior Finance Analyst: System Optimization & M&A Valuation

Wendy's is seeking a Finance professional to join the System Optimization Finance team in Dublin, OH. You will analyze P&L statements, weekly sales, and balance sheets, developing valuation models for acquisitions and completing deal books for potential buyers. You will lead due diligence, coordinate with buyers and sellers, and support franchise transfers with impact analysis on pro forma statements and cash flow.
