Registered NurseThis position involves performing comprehensive assessments upon admission and monitoring condition trends throughout the patient's hospital stay. The role requires preparing, administering, and charting prescribed medications, including IVs, and managing wound care or specialized equipment. Collaboration with physicians, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams is essential to develop and execute individualized care plans. Instructing patients and families on post-surgery care, medication schedules, and post-discharge instructions is a key responsibility. Recognizing early signs of medical deterioration and taking swift action to stabilize patients before emergencies occur is crucial. Attendance is strictly monitored, and adherence to scheduled shifts is required to ensure appropriate staffing coverage. Excessive absences and lateness will result in disciplinary action, which may include immediate termination.
