Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN PT - MC Pflugerville, TX Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications. Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses. Apply advanced knowledge of vital sign monitoring to identify and record abnormalities. Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health and ensure overall well-being. Manage patient access to healthcare and connect individuals with community resources. Accurately document patient medical history using electronic health records. Develop and administer mental health assessments to evaluate mood and behavior. Critical Information Work schedules will be created in 6-week blocks following the initial training/orientation. A typical work week will be two or three weekdays and every other weekend. This position also requires working on some major holidays. This is a temporary/contract position, with potential for conversion to permanent. Education/Licenses Needed Full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States.
