LVN / LPN - Ambulatory Care/Clinic/Outpatient

Job Description

Job Summary:
A specialized outpatient LVN role focused on urology and women's health, providing clinical support in procedures such as cystoscopies, pelvic exams, and catheter placements. The position requires active licensure, EPIC system experience, and flexibility for floating to various locations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform urodynamics, PTNS, cystoscopies, urethral dilation, pelvic exams, and catheter placements with precision.
• Document all patient interactions, procedures, and assessments accurately within the EPIC system.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
• Maintain readiness for floating assignments, supporting multiple outpatient clinics as needed.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance standards, including vaccination and certification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid California LVN license in active status at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years outpatient clinical experience, preferably in urology or women's health.
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record systems required.
• Current BLS certification and California IV certification preferred.
• Flexibility to work day shifts, with availability to float across different outpatient sites.
