Involves leadership and clinical responsibilities, contributing to the hospital's strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives. What we Offer Full time, employed position. Mon‑Fri work schedule with 1:5 weekend coverage and once per week overnight call. Psych NP support, manageable caseload, excellent support staff, and the opportunity to work with GME & medical students. Company Information This facility focuses on inpatient adult/general psychiatric care, located in Las Cruces, NM. Minimum Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certified in Psychiatry. Valid and active medical license in the state of New Mexico or eligibility to obtain. Demonstrated leadership experience in psychiatric settings. Preferred Qualifications Experience in working with GME programs and medical students. Proven track record in clinical leadership roles. Duties & Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership, oversee psychiatric services, participate in treatment planning, direct patient care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Engage in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents.
