Operations and Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

Manage posting and removing equipment for sale on the company website, ebay, and several other listing sites
Prepare and send invoices for sold machines
Be the point of contact for customers when they have payment questions
Send follow up emails to customers requesting Google reviews
Manage administration of equipment purchases by entering them into Quickbooks and our database and sending payments and payment notifications
Request and coordinate shipping for outbound equipment sales and inbound equipment purchases
Manage equipment information such as dates of receipt and shipping dates.
Add received equipment to our project management app.
Use our project management app for all stages of the equipment and sales lifecycle
Basic marketing work such as creating pages on our website
