Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) as an SLP
• Prior experience delivering teletherapy services in a school-based setting preferred
• Comfortable with technology platforms for virtual therapy
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate positively with teachers, families, and support staff

Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) focusing on each student’s unique goals
• Deliver engaging teletherapy sessions to students in grades K-12
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Work closely with educational staff and families to ensure a supportive learning environment
• Maintain accurate, timely records according to district and legal requirements
