We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician III to help keep our equipment and facility running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy troubleshooting, repairs, and working with a variety of equipment, this could be a great fit for you.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, motors, pumps, and other equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Work on HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and building systems
• Repair and maintain gearboxes, motors, boilers, dryers, and conveyor systems
• Install and test equipment as needed
• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
• Support PLC-controlled equipment, including Allen-Bradley systems
• Complete maintenance records and follow safety procedures
• Assist with general building repairs such as painting, drywall, doors, and flooring

What We're Looking For

Experience with industrial maintenance and troubleshooting

Knowledge of electrical systems, 3-phase power, motors, and controls

Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes

Basic HVAC, plumbing, and facility maintenance experience

Familiarity with PLCs and Allen-Bradley equipment

Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly

Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, TX.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $37.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
