Job Description

• Create Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess the individual needs of patients and craft tailored therapy strategies that aim to meet their functional milestones
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to enhance motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with a Team of Experts: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver integrated, holistic care
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Instruct patients and families on therapy techniques that promote continuing progress outside of sessions
• Track and Adapt Goals: Monitor patient improvement and modify treatment as necessary to keep them on the path to success

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must
