Key Lead - The Mall at Bay Plaza, Hollister

Job Overview The Key Lead ensures a quality in‑store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales. Responsibilities Perform opening and closing routines. Operate Register/Point of Sale systems. Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders. Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales. Build and maintain visual displays. Analyze reporting to inform decision making. Protect store assets and perform inventory control. Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values. Schedule Requirements Schedule varies weekly but requires at least 12‑16 hours per week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak periods, hours may increase. Qualifications High School Diploma/ G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent. 1 year of retail experience preferred. Experience leading groups or teams preferred. Strong customer focus. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of current fashion trends. Energetic, outgoing, assertive, and confident.
