Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic care

Instruct Patients and Caregivers: Guide patients and their families through therapy techniques to promote ongoing progress outside the clinic

Track and Record Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring the patient's journey stays on track

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Continuing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandated
