Engineering Supervisor

The Engineering Supervior is responsible for daily supervision of the Engineering staff, quality service, guest satisfaction and safety. They supervise preventive maintenance and repairs, montiors life safety systems and ultilities and assist in department amdinistartion in compliance with polices and procedures, brand standardsm abd federal, state and local regulations. WhatYou'll Be Doing Ensure engineering associates are equipped with necessary knowledge and skills to acheive job expectations. Evaluate staff job performance and their role in team succes Prepare and maintain schedules, logs, and records and other documentation to ensure a smooth operation and minimize liabilities. Document all parts used and parts needed to be purchased Prioritize service request to ensure guest satisfaction. Assign, track and monitor preventive maintenance and resolve repairs. Ensure work areas are in ordely and clean condition. Ensure staff is trained to use proper tools and equipment Examine, test and maintain life safety systems to protect guests, employees and assets. Attend department meetings when scheduled What You Will Bring High school education plus schooling in building maintenance or related experience. Two ore more years of related experience Familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred.
