Job Description As an Events Assistant , you will work closely with the events team to coordinate logistics, assist with event preparation, and ensure that every event is executed efficiently and professionally. You will play an important role in supporting event operations while maintaining exceptional organizational standards. Responsibilities Assist with the planning and coordination of corporate and promotional events. Support event setup, execution, and breakdown activities. Coordinate schedules, venues, vendors, and event materials. Prepare event documentation, reports, and administrative records. Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments. Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met. Help maintain inventory of event supplies and promotional materials. Provide excellent customer service throughout all event activities.
