FirstLight Home Care is hiring Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides who want steady work without being locked into long shifts.

We have:

A consistent daytime shift in Highland (9 AM – 2 PM)

Additional short 3–4 hour shifts in Brighton & Howell

The ability to stack shifts and build a full-time schedule if you want it

Whether you want a few hours a week or full-time hours, we can work with your availability.

What You’ll Be Doing

Helping clients with daily care (bathing, dressing, toileting)

Providing companionship and conversation

Light housekeeping and simple meal prep

Supporting mobility and keeping clients safe at home

Communicating with our team so care stays consistent

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or similar role preferred

Someone reliable, patient, and kind

Comfortable working in different homes

Reliable transportation (you may see more than one client)

Someone who shows up and truly cares
