This role focuses on delivering robust, scalable, and cost-effective electrical solutions for product development, manufacturing, and operational environments. (KiCAD, OrCAD)Develop schematics, wiring diagrams, and architecture documentationResearch, design, and evaluate electrical systems to meet operational and performance requirements.Develop and execute test plans and proceduresDesign and develop cable assemblies and wiring harnesses, including routing, shielding, and connector selectionDefine harness requirements including signal integrity, EMI/EMC considerations, and environmental constraintsSupport program schedules, budgets, and risk mitigationParticipate in design reviews and support production and integration activities.Work closely with a small team to execute fast paced, short timeline projects, both individually and as a team.Required Qualifications:Active/Current DoD Secret clearance requiredBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical fieldA minimum of 8 years of experience performing electrical design on complex systems.Proficiency with electrical design tools.
