Interviews, please make sure candidate is presclosed on pay and location LEVEL I TRAUMA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Unit: Interventional Radiology Rooms: 2- general IR suites, 1 Spine IR room and 2 neuro endo suites Certs Required: ARRT (R), Az license MRTBE-CRT -- VI certificate is a plus but not required Scrub Experience Preferred EMR: Cerner, DR (PACS) Cases per Day: 5-10 Weekends: Yes possibly some Saturday's Shifts: Day shifts 8 hours M-F (830a-5p or 9a-530p) Call Requirement: None Floating: None outside of Radiology Floor Specific Orientation: Philips Allera, Medrad injector Common cases/Types of Patients: Procedures- GI/GJ tubes, Ports, angio's, Lumbar punctures, myelograms, Neph tubes, stents, ivc filters, blood patch ****Also neuro experience if possible but not required endovascular procedures, embolization's, Stents, stroke treatment if only candidate has only or mostly neuro that is also acceptable depending on what type of cases Sedation cases have 2 RN's, RT scrubs with MD.
