What You'll Do As a Speech-Language Pathologist with us, you'll: Evaluate children with speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders Develop individualized treatment plans Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, families, physicians, and educators Educate caregivers so progress continues beyond the therapy session Grow professionally through mentorship and continuing education opportunities Lead staff trainings on topics you are passionate about Create professional goals and get support in meeting them Why Therapists Choose Pediatric Achievements We intentionally create an environment where clinicians can build long-term careers- not just fill schedules. Schedule Our clinic is open: Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM-6:00 PM Friday: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Work schedules are flexible within clinic hours. No weekends! Current details on openings: In-clinic PRN (1099 contract) work for evaluations only, or both evaluations and treatment In-clinic PRN (W-2) short-term position from December 2026- April 2027 Virtual Speech Therapist (1099 contract) for part-time work (3-10 hours/week) Qualifications We're looking for someone who has: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Virginia SLP license (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for working with children and families Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Pediatric experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
