Through a direct‑to‑consumer model we deliver premium fiberglass products, personalized in‑home consultations, and professional installation—making the window replacement process simple, seamless, and satisfying. Role & Responsibilities We’re looking for Event Marketers who are personable, confident, and genuinely excited to connect with others. As an Event Marketing Representative, you’ll be the face of Infinity Replacement at retail locations across Waltham, Danvers, and Nashua. Your mission is to engage shoppers, spark conversations, and generate leads for our in‑home consultation services. Travel between Waltham, Danvers, and Nashua—this position requires reliable transportation. Engage shoppers, spark conversations, and introduce them to our premium window and door solutions. Generate leads by converting customer interactions into in‑home consultation appointments. Set up and maintain professional displays. Highlights & Compensation Unlimited earning potential: Hourly wage of $24 per hour plus weekly bonuses. Earn $1,500+ per week with no cap on bonuses. Potential to average $30–35+ per hour. Multi‑location flexibility: work across three key areas for a dynamic, engaging experience. Paid training: expert onboarding to help you succeed. Tolls reimbursed: travel costs are covered. Consistent schedule and hours. Available Shifts Days: Wednesday–Sunday (9am–3pm). Evenings: Wednesday–Sunday (3pm–8:30pm). Additional Requirements 18 years of age or older. Have a smartphone. Have reliable transportation—this role requires travel between Waltham, Dedham, and Nashua. Can lift up to 40 lbs—setting up displays is part of the job. Be comfortable on your feet—standing and moving around during your shift.
