Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 12 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Opportunity – Cardiac Catheterization Lab Technologist – Georgia Start Date: September 14, 2026 Location: Georgia Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Day shift, 0700-1530 or 0800-1630; Every other weekend required; Rotating call schedule Highlights: Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab setting with 2-room coverage Trauma Level II facility experience required Adult to Geriatric patient population Epic EMR system with Pyxis medication management and SBAR communication protocols Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Respiratory Services, Radiology, Rapid Response Teams, and Pharmacy Holiday coverage required as applicable per assignment period Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience required; first-time travelers not accepted Previous travel experience required Current BLS, ACLS, and CCI RCIS certifications required State licensure or Compact license as applicable Trauma Level II experience is mandatory Epic charting experience preferred Proficiency in both diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures Skills in angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, PCI, hemodynamic monitoring, and vascular closure systems Ability to float within scope of practice as needed Full compliance required prior to start date Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers experienced Cardiac Cath Lab professionals the opportunity to work in a progressive Trauma Level II facility with comprehensive cardiovascular services.
