Responsibilities Team Support and Collaboration: Assist the Service Manager in supervising the service team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure consistent growth and performance excellence. Serve as a liaison between the Service Manager and service department staff, promoting clear communication and teamwork. Operational Support: Help oversee daily service department operations to maintain efficiency and productivity. Support the development and implementation of service procedures and standards to ensure high-quality service delivery. Assist in managing workflow, prioritizing service requests, and optimizing resource allocation. Customer Engagement: Work with the service team to ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally. Compliance and Safety: Promote compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and dealership policies. Support the implementation of safety protocols to protect employees and customers. Budget and Resource Management: Assist in monitoring department expenses and analyzing variances to support cost‑control initiatives. Collaborate on budget planning and execution to align with dealership goals. Requirements Strong leadership and team collaboration skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Basic technical knowledge of RV systems, repairs, and maintenance. Familiarity with dealership operations and industry regulations. Exceptional organizational and problem‑solving skills. Strong computer skills for managing schedules, budgets, and reports. Experience 2+ years of experience in RV service, management, or a related field. College degree preferred but not required.
