Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Kansas license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main.

Additional Details:

Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Required Credentials: Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position. In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match the address on the driver’s license.

Unit Details: General surgery and trauma unit.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. Every other weekend. No call. Holiday commitment required.
