Territory Account Manager

Position: Territory Account Manager Location: Dayton, OH Job Id: 226-001 # of Openings: 1 We are seeking a passionate and driven sales professional to join our Dayton Sales Team. In this role, you will build relationships, manage territories, and close deals to exceed sales targets. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory for each of the company’s product segments. Maintain regular communication with current and potential customers and oversee all sales activity within the territory. Report on sales activity through Compass and manage business using the platform. Coordinate frequently with inside support teams. Respond to customers promptly, including follow-up contact for potential leads. Apply basic outside sales principles and product knowledge. Maintain a broad understanding of product segments and related functional capacities. Requirements College degree or 3–5 years of sales experience. Strong negotiation skills and basic contract negotiation ability. Proficient computer skills and professional appearance. Self‑initiated with strong goal‑setting capability. Valid driver’s license. Key Demands Full‑time, salary plus commission position Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In‑person meetings and prospecting in the Dayton area required daily, dependent on assigned territory. Excellent organization and time‑management skills to maximize results. Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast‑paced environment. This is not a remote position.
