About the Position

Job Title: RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 11:00 - 21:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Experience with da Vinci Robotics Orthopedic experience Minimum of 2 years experience Description: Facility Information: Operating Room unit with 13 operating rooms. The unit is staffed with over 81 full-time equivalents. It is a Trauma II facility with 24-hour staffing. Day shift includes 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1-3 sitters. Patient ratios vary by shift. The facility utilizes EPIC as the electronic medical record system. Typical procedures performed include a wide range of surgeries, with the exception of LVADs, transplants, and pediatric cases under 14 years of age. Candidates who demonstrate flexibility are a preferred personality fit. Call shifts are required, with a range of 3 to 6 shifts per month.
