What You’ll Earn

· $50,000 – $90,000 / year  (hourly base pay + uncapped commission)

Your performance directly drives your income

What You’ll Do

· Help customers find the right sleep solutions using a consultative sales approach

· Build trust and create a positive, welcoming in-store experience

· Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

· Develop product knowledge that builds confidence and credibility

 

What We’re Looking For

· Strong communication and people skills

· A positive, team-oriented mindset

· Motivation to succeed in a performance-driven environment

· Retail or sales experience is a plus—but not required
