Overview We’re looking for a Garage Renewal Underwriter to join our team. In this role, you’ll specialize in underwriting garage-line insurance, helping businesses in the automotive industry stay protected. You’ll evaluate insurance applications for property and casualty coverage, ensuring fair and accurate decisions. If you enjoy analyzing details, collaborating with others, and making informed decisions, this role is for you. How You’ll Make An Impact Evaluate property value, location, usage, safety features, and other key details to determine whether to accept, modify, or decline risks. Work closely with field teams to gather information and support your underwriting decisions. Assist senior underwriters in managing accounts and delivering excellent service to clients in the automotive industry. Here’s What You’ll Bring To The Role A detail-oriented approach to evaluating risks and making decisions. Strong communication skills to collaborate with field teams and gather key information. A proactive mindset to solve problems and support account management. A commitment to delivering fair and accurate underwriting decisions that meet the unique needs of automotive businesses. Required Bachelor’s degree and 2 years related experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office. Behaviors Detail oriented; strong analytical skills and good communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation And Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end for this position.
