Job Details Job Location: 72 Owensboro KY - Owensboro, KY 42301 Position Type: Operations Travel Percentage: Negligible Job Shift: Salary Job Category: M1 Position Summary This position is responsible for managing and overseeing operations on a daily basis to ensure work is getting done to the right quality standards. Essential Functions Monitors progress Ensure work compiles with legal requirements Establishes deadlines to have work completed Oversees daily operations and delivery of materials Carries out safety checks Approves project plans Adheres to departmental budget Resolves any problems that could hold up work Making safety inspections Qualifications High school diploma required; associates degree or equivalent 3-5 years experience in a project-based work site Certified Construction Manager (CMM) preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to plan work well Note: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
