Greene County Medical Center in Jefferson, Iowa is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our growing team as we plan for a seamless transition ahead of a valued physician's retirement. • 100% outpatient practice - no OB, no ER, no weekends, no call

• Optional leadership role: Chief of Staff with strong administrative support

Compensation and Benefits
• Base salary starting at $310,000 - $325,000 (negotiable dependent on experience), with wRVU bonuses offering additional earning potential
