Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $257,000 – $286,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (eligibility determined upon offer)
• Productivity Bonus: Based on wRVUs generated

What You'll Do

• Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care to a diverse patient population
• Manage an panel of patients, focusing on preventive and ongoing care
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers in a team-based, physician-led environment
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotations to support patient needs
• Lead and develop patient care strategies aligned with UCHealth’s mission
• Utilize lab and imaging services nearby for comprehensive diagnostics
• Contribute to a healthcare environment that emphasizes innovation and quality improvement

What You Need

• Must have completed residency in Family Medicine or equivalent (board eligible)
• Colorado medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
