• Required Qualifications: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in nursing, graduate of an accredited nursing program, Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or related field, two (2) years of recent ICU nursing experience, NIH Stroke Scale Certificate, Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification, dialysis, SLED or equivalent experience.
• Additional Information: Dialysis, SLED or equivalent experience preferred. Must have license and certifications as specified.
