Porcaro Ford in Racine, WI Is Seeking Motivated and Outgoing Individuals for the Full-time Position of Ford Automotive Sales Consultant. No Prior Automotive Sales Experience Is Necessary, As Comprehensive Training Will Be Provided. • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, ensuring an excellent buying experience
• Respond promptly to internet and phone leads with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Follow up consistently with customers via phone, text, and email to build lasting relationships
• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives to showcase product features and benefits
• Learn and stay up-to-date on Ford products, technology, incentives, and vehicle inventory
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer information in our CRM system
• Develop repeat and referral business by delivering exceptional service
• Collaborate with the sales team to create a professional and customer-centric dealership atmosphere

Requirements

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable engaging with diverse customers
• Dependable, with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance
• Self-motivated and driven by goals and performance-based rewards
• Proactive in making phone calls and following up with leads
• Quick learner, adaptable to new technology and processes
• Coachable, with a desire for continuous improvement
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Available to work a full-time dealership schedule, including Saturdays
• Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
