Xpertis Talent is looking to add an ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultant to its growing team in Tampa, FL, offering the opportunity to play a key role in building and developing a specialist recruitment division alongside an established Engineering industry expert.

Specialising in engineering and manufacturing recruitment, Xpertis Talent partners with businesses across the Tampa Bay market to identify and secure high-quality technical talent. This position offers the opportunity to develop specialist market knowledge, build commercial relationships and contribute directly to the growth of the business.

The role combines candidate sourcing, relationship management and business development, providing hands-on training and direct mentorship from an experienced recruitment professional with an established track record in the Engineering sector.

The Associate Recruitment Consultant's role will involve:

• Supporting the growth and development of Xpertis Talent's specialist Engineering recruitment division across the Tampa Bay market.
• Identifying, approaching and engaging high-quality engineering professionals through targeted sourcing, networking and headhunting.
• Developing relationships with prospective candidates and clients across the local manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Supporting business development activities, including outbound outreach, identifying new opportunities and establishing relationships with prospective clients.
• Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, from initial engagement through to interview coordination, offer management and placement.
• Developing specialist knowledge of the local engineering market, including industry trends, talent availability and client hiring requirements.
• Working directly with an established Engineering recruitment specialist to develop recruitment, sales and commercial skills while contributing towards the division's growth.

The Associate Recruitment Consultant will ideally have the following attributes:

• A strong desire to build a successful career in recruitment, sales, business development or a commercially focused role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage with new people and develop professional relationships.
• A competitive, ambitious and commercially minded approach, with the motivation to work towards targets and achieve results.

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A willingness to learn, take ownership of personal development and work closely with an experienced industry professional.
• Previous recruitment, sales or business development experience is advantageous but not essential; candidates with the right attitude, work ethic and ambition will also be considered.
