Discover more about our Orlando, Florida location.MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Basic Qualifications:· STEM degree at the bachelors level or higher, preferably in a Technical, Industrial or Quality Assurance related field or equivalent combined education/experience· Engineering or Quality experience developing methods, work instructions and procedures for inspection of manufactured products.· An understanding of engineering drawings requirements mechanical and electrical inspection methods.· Ability to interpret Drawings, Specifications, Contracts that will enable development and review of QE Processes, and related Performance Metrics.· Demonstrated ability to use casual analysis tools to analyze and resolve technical/process issues varying from basic to very complex.· Ability to travel 25%-50%.· Must be able to obtain a secret secret clearance.Desired Skills:· Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt / Black Belt)· Knowledge of Configuration and Data Management.· ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CSQ) and / or Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA)· Understanding of AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems· Awareness of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).· Demonstrated team leadership skills· Customer Relationship Management skills· Experience working with Government customers· Effective communication skills including written, oral, listening and technical writing.· Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.· Demonstrated presentation skills.· Effective interpersonal skills including team building and collaboration.· Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications:· Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: SecretOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
