Maintenance Technician

Position: Maintenance Technician - Carlyle Location: Carlyle Apartments, 7530 Cody, Shawnee, KS Job Id: [R1-803-MR-Carlyle] # of Openings: 1 Responsibilities The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units for new resident move‑ins. The technician is an essential team member for delivering superior customer service to residents. Qualifications Maintenance experience Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25 lbs repeatedly Ability to respond to after‑hours emergencies Valid driver's license Basic tools required, including personal smartphone technology Knowledge of property management systems and processes Painting, plumbing, and electrical experience Reliable transportation with access to a vehicle suitable for safely transporting ladders & other maintenance equipment Preferred Qualifications HVAC Certified Proven 1 year of HVAC experience Benefits Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Voluntary Life and Disability Benefits 401(k) + company match Education Reimbursement Referral Bonus Program Compensation $20 - $23.
