Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)Position: Full-Time Location: Colorado Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMJob SummaryThe Licensed Professional Counselor will provide virtual counseling services to clients experiencing a range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to create practical treatment plans that support measurable client progress.ResponsibilitiesDeliver scheduled telehealth counseling sessionsAssess client needs and determine appropriate care strategiesDevelop goal-oriented treatment plansApply therapeutic interventions based on client presentationDocument sessions and maintain compliance standardsMonitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
