Key Responsibilities

• Conduct innovative virtual therapy sessions with pre-screened clients, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for sharing and healing.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, incorporating evidence-based practices to foster effective outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and progress notes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying current on industry best practices, emerging trends, and ongoing education relevant to mental health.
• Participate in case consultations and collaborative team meetings to ensure integrated care for clients.
• Utilize our telehealth platform and electronic health records (EHR) system to streamline client management and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a remote mental health therapist at Good Living Therapy, you will primarily work with adult clients dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our client-centric focus ensures that each session is approached with sensitivity, empathy, and professionalism, allowing clients to express their concerns freely and work collaboratively on their healing journeys.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure in Tennessee as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic modalities.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
