Product Manager - Airside Data Centers

Overview The Product Manager, Airside Data Centers will support the growth and execution of Trane’s Airside Data Center product portfolio within the Americas Commercial HVAC business. This role is responsible for managing assigned product lines throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing customer and market requirements, supporting product strategy development, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver profitable growth. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, customer intimacy, and execution discipline with the ability to translate market needs into actionable product plans. This role will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure delivery against revenue, margin, market share, and customer satisfaction objectives.
