As a Practice Educator, you will work collaboratively across North Aberdeenshire health and social care partnership settings to support students, new registrants and the wider workforce. You will play a key role in creating positive learning environments, enhancing practice learning experiences, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. What We're Looking For Is a nurse or midwife with a current NMC registration Holds a post-graduate teaching and learning qualification Has extensive experience at Band 6 or above in roles which include supporting, supervising and assessing learners Has a genuine passion for supporting learning and professional development. Is enthusiastic, innovative and motivated to improve practice. Builds positive relationships and works collaboratively with a wide range of colleagues and partners. Can inspire, coach and support others to develop confidence and competence. Demonstrates excellent communication, facilitation and leadership skills.
