Job Description Registered Nurse Supervisor | RN | Every Other Weekend Windsor Estates of St. Charles Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a flexible weekend leadership opportunity? Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a strong, dependable RN to provide oversight and support to our nursing team. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during weekend shifts, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality care. You will serve as a resource and leader for the team, assisting with clinical decision‑making, staff guidance, and problem resolution as needed. This role is focused on maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, supporting positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring resident and family satisfaction. You will collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary team members while helping to maintain smooth weekend operations. Schedule Every other weekend with flexibility in start times. Do You Have What It Takes?
