What You'll Do

• Conduct patient evaluations for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and revise individualized care plans and goals
• Provide inpatient services, including bedside swallow studies and diet recommendations
• Perform outpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions for adults
• Document and report findings to physicians in compliance with standards
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and community education efforts
• Keep current with developments in speech and swallowing therapies

What You Need

• Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license
• 1+ years of relevant inpatient or outpatient experience preferred
• Strong independent work skills and ability to hit the ground running
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
