Our caring dentists service all of Harford County, along with Cecil and Baltimore county.

Candidates will perform the following duties: *

• Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
• Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments for Orthodontic and Oral Surgery needs.
• Ensure completion of Pre-Op paper and Delivery of Post-Op Instructions
• Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
• Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.
• Communicating with medical insurance providers to determine if patients are required to make co-payments.
• Collect and receipt payments from patients at time of treatment
• Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
• Inform patients of financial treatment plan options
• Handling test results including x-rays.
• Ensure all proper documentation is collected (Referrals, Medical History, etc)
• Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, and faxing.
• Maintain a professional reception area
• Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality
• Dental Office Experience Preferred
• Medical or Dental Front Office experience Required

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour (Hourly wage is based on Dental Office experience)
