Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual, comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client strengths, challenges, and specific needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure seamless coordination of client care and enhance overall health outcomes.
• Advocate for clients in accessing community resources and support networks, ensuring they have the tools necessary to succeed outside of therapy.
• Maintain meticulous electronic health records by documenting all client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care.
• Regularly participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and foster an environment of professional growth and learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve clients facing mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other conditions requiring sustained psychological support. You will be expected to adapt your therapeutic approaches to meet the diverse cultural backgrounds and unique needs of our clientele, ensuring that each individual feels understood and valued.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• At least two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services in a behavioral health setting.
• Proficient in conducting diagnostic assessments and creating evidence-based treatment plans.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A strong commitment to cultural competence and ethical practice in social work.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth platforms and online counseling methods.
• Certification in specialized therapeutic techniques such as DBT or ACT will be beneficial.
• Prior experience working within multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated health care.
