Laguna Designs is a leading manufacturer of custom architectural and branded environments. We are seeking two reliable, hardworking Assembly Technicians / Installers to join our Anaheim team. This role combines manufacturing, assembly, and field installation work, providing variety and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced, team-oriented company.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of representing Laguna Designs professionally while working at customer sites.

Responsibilities

·        Assemble products and components according to drawings, specifications, and work instructions

·        Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently

·        Prepare products for shipment and installation

·        Load and unload materials, equipment, and finished products

·        Perform installations at customer locations throughout California and occasionally out of state

·        Maintain quality standards and ensure work is completed accurately

·        Keep work areas organized and safe

·        Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers

·        Serve as a lead installer on customer-facing projects when assigned

Qualifications

·        Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, installation, furniture installation, cabinetry, millwork, signage, construction, or related trades preferred

·        Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

·        Ability to read a tape measure and follow assembly instructions

·        Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

·        Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record

·        Ability and willingness to travel for installation projects

·        Strong English communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with customers and project stakeholders

·        Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience leading installation crews or field teams

·        Customer-facing installation experience

·        Forklift experience or certification

·        Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required
