Quick Facts Location: Atlantic City, NJ (with rotations to Pomona) Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent position Shift: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (rotating call, including nights/weekends) Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Full-Time (Agency submissions only) Licenses/Certs: Board-Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine Experience: Required minimum experience not specified, but candidate must be fully licensed and certified Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (Note: pay details discussed upon application) Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Competitive base salary of $650,000 annually Quality incentive bonus up to $25,000 per year 5 paid CME days annually + $4,500 annually for CME, dues, and expenses Up to $10,000 relocation reimbursement Generous PTO: 224 hours + 40 hours NJ sick leave Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) What You’ll Do Provide outpatient maternal-fetal care at two practice locations (Pomona and Atlantic City) Conduct inpatient consults at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center for Childbirth in Pomona, including NICU support Collaborate with Obstetrics Medicine Clinic for postpartum management Support remote monitoring for diabetic and hypotensive patients Participate in rotating call schedule (nights, weekends) Utilize Cerner EMR and GE Viewpoint ultrasound reporting systems Act as an expert resource to OB generalists and neonatologists Support care within a Level III 22-bed NICU, including labor, delivery, and postpartum services What You Need Required: Board certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine Valid medical license in New Jersey Relevant experience in high-risk pregnancy management Preferred: Experience working in a Level III NICU setting Strong collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams About the Assignment Join a dynamic team at a leading facility in Atlantic City, NJ, offering comprehensive maternal-fetal health services.
