Position: LPN (Contract-to-Perm)

Location: NY 14527
Contract Length: 05/12/2026 – 08/15/2026 (~13 weeks )
Pay: $1,326 – $1,495/week
Schedule: Full-time, 5x8-hour night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Hours: 40 hours/week
Additional Requirements: Every other weekend (EOW) and holidays required

Position Summary & Responsibilities

Provide direct/indirect nursing care to adult & geriatric residents under RN supervision
Monitor patient status; collect and report clinical/psychosocial data
Assist with development, implementation, and updates to care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, residents, and families
Maintain competency, ensure safety, and follow clinical protocols

Requirements

Active NY LPN License (required)
BLS certification (AHA or RQI required)
Minimum 1 year LPN experience , preferably in LTC setting
Experience with adult and geriatric populations
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Comfortable with potential exposure to blood/body fluids
